When will my order arrive?

Orders ship within 1–2 business days and arrive in 5–7 business days across the US. Shipping is free and tracked; we email your tracking number as soon as it ships.

Will it fit as a carry-on?

It's designed to standard carry-on dimensions used by most US airlines. Limits vary by airline and fare (basic economy is often stricter), so please check your airline's rules before you fly.

Classic or Roller?

Classic is the duffel you carry by hand or on your shoulder. Roller adds detachable wheels: roll it through the airport, then take the wheels off and carry it.

How much can I pack?

Around a week of outfits, with dresses and blazers flat in the garment compartment and shoes in their own compartment.

What is it made of?

PU vegan leather with a water-resistant finish, reinforced stitching and smooth zippers.

How do returns work?

You have 100 days from delivery. Email support@luxvoya.store with your order number and we'll send instructions. Damaged or wrong item? Send a photo within 7 days and we'll replace or refund it.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Use the tracking link in your shipping email or the Track Order page.
